Securing your information is one of the top priorities for Motilink Inc.(including our partnership, hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). First of all, I want to make it clear that the company does not sell your information. The Company has established this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”) to facilitate your understanding of how the Company can use and protect information collected by those who visit the Company’s website (the “website”) and users of the Company’s services (the “service”) below. The company collects your information to facilitate your service.

In order to provide the basic and other special functions of the service in accordance with the terms and conditions you have agreed to, the company is collecting the following information.

Personal Information: To provide service to you, the company is collecting your name and e-mail address. Other features of the service may include optional collections of your telephone number, company name, profile photos. And it does not include sensitive user data. In addition, when you use the service, the company automatically collects the type of device you use and the operating system version. In addition, the company can collect your credit card information, carrier information, discount code or voucher number, or other information you need to pay for the service when using a paid service. Unidentifiable information: In the course of your use with the company through the service, the company stores information that it cannot identify. Mobile Analytics: The company uses mobile analytics software to better understand the functionality of your applications on your mobile phone. The software can record application frequency, events within the application, aggregated usage, performance data, and download sources for the application.

The company uses your information to provide better service.

Your personal information can be used to search, register, or notify other users in your contact or who may be a member of your team. Furthermore, your information can be used in personal notice, in the handling of questions or disputes arising regarding your service use, or in the transmission or payment process of content related to payment services. Please set up an account carefully considering the information you will disclose and the extent of your disclosure in relation to the service. Always keep in mind that if you share information with others, it can spread quickly and easily. The company can use a third party to perform business-related functions (information mailing, server hosting, data center service provision, database maintenance, payment processing, etc.). If the company uses these third parties, the company provides information only to the extent necessary. The third party provided with the information will use your information only for the purposes of use permitted. Similarly, some of the services may be associated with third-party services that include application providers. The details of the third-party connection service you are currently using and the details of the third-party you receive your information from can be found in the Account menu. Your personal information will be deleted without delay after achieving your information collection and utilization objectives.

Your personal information will be transferred to a separate database (a separate briefcase in the case of paper records) when the purpose of collection and utilization you agree to is achieved, stored for a certain period of time and then destroyed by applicable laws and regulations. Paper records are destroyed by crushing or incineration, and electronic records are deleted using non-recoverable technical methods. However, the records related to the fraudulent use of the service shall be kept for one year in accordance with the company’s internal policy to prevent any disputes related to such service and then destroyed by the above method. * Records on electronic financial transactions: 5 years (E-Finance Transaction Act)
* Books and other related documents according to the tax code regulations: 5 years (National Tax Code)
* Logged in and location: 3 months (Communication Secrets Protection Act)

You can choose not to provide your personal information to the company.

You (or your parents or legal guardians under 14 years of age) may access or change your personal information in the service at any time, and you may request that the company withdraws your consent for your collection and utilization of your personal information or withdraw from the service.

The company is trying to protect your personal information.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to any service feedback or voluntary information you provide to the Company through this service or other means. This information includes, but is not limited to, new products or services, changes to existing products or services, or other voluntary announcements of opinions (“Feedback and Voluntary Information”). All feedback and voluntary information is considered non-confidential and not exclusive, and the company is free to permanently store, reproduce, use, alter, distribute, display, create and commercialize feedback and voluntary information without limitation.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

The company may change this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the service or related statutes. If this Privacy Policy is changed, the company will post the change and the changed Privacy Policy will take effect seven days after the date the change is published. However, if there are any significant changes to your rights, the revised Privacy Policy will take effect 14 days after the notice is posted. If you don’t agree with the revised privacy policy, you can stop using the service. If you continue to use the service even after the effective date of the modified privacy policy, you will be considered as agreeing to it.
